The form collects your contact information and a description of the proposed work. Program staff use it to review the inquiry and follow up with you. Inquiries are stored in the program's Cloudflare-hosted intake database and emailed to gsalu@ncf.edu through Cloudflare's email service. Staff can also review inquiries through a sign-in page.
Send a description of the relevant data or systems. Do not include passwords, account numbers, patient records or other confidential data. We will agree on an appropriate way to review information during the initial discussion.
The form does not accept attachments. Contact gsalu@ncf.edu if you need to correct submitted information or ask how it is handled.
Submitting an inquiry does not confirm a project or student placement. Your receipt appears on screen. The program receives an email notification; an automatic email receipt is not sent to you.
